Kids Club Assistant

About the role

Join the family‑friendly team at a hotel within The iNUA Collection as a Kids Club Assistant. You will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for young guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead age‑appropriate games, crafts and activities.
• Supervise children during playtime, maintaining safety and well‑being at all times.
• Keep the Kids Club area clean, tidy and fully stocked with toys, games and craft supplies.
• Interact warmly with children, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it upon hiring.
