Kitchen Assistant (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our restaurant team on a part‑time basis. You will help keep the kitchen clean, safe and ready for service, supporting the General Manager and the wider crew.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen for each shift and assist wherever needed.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure every surface, equipment and corner is spotless.
• Adhere to prep procedures and kitchen SOPs for efficient operations.
• Apply food‑safety and allergen standards rigorously.
• Support health‑and‑safety practices under the GM’s guidance.
• Help the broader team during busy periods, especially the lunch rush.
