Kitchen Porter – Hotel Kitchen Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel, part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. The role involves supporting the kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and service are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas to a very high standard at all times.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks and ensure smooth operation during service.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and other food safety procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good level of spoken English.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and be flexible with shift patterns, including weekends.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
