About the role

Join a lively pub kitchen team in Dun Laoghaire, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to specification.
• Operate kitchen work stations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Maintain hygiene, allergen and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Clean work areas continuously and perform full kitchen clean‑downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete induction, role‑specific and refresher training.

Required profile

• Fun, enthusiastic and passionate attitude.
• Willingness to learn and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, friendly and a strong team player.

• Competitive hourly rate (£15.18) with extra €1 per hour for midnight‑5:59 am shifts.
