Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wagamama’s standards using fresh ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organised work station and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team of over 100 nationalities.
• Ensure timely service of dishes to guests.
• Support a positive, inclusive atmosphere for colleagues and customers.
