Lead Consultant & Project Manager – Quality Cloud

About the role

Veeva is seeking a senior, self‑motivated Lead Consultant to join its Professional Services team and drive large‑scale implementations of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will lead a high‑energy team, act as the primary liaison for a key enterprise customer, and champion industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a key enterprise customer in the IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Manage a multi‑year, multi‑phased global implementation program, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, coordinating communication between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for the Quality Cloud suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization.
• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or product management with a proven track record of leading system implementation projects.
• Experience leading large‑scale enterprise projects and designing effective project governance models.
• Strong technical affinity and hands‑on experience with software implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage senior/executive stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.
• Ability to travel 25‑50% and legal authorization to work in the EU.
