About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacist to steer public health and community pharmacy services for NHS Fife. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy – Population Health and Wellbeing, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a diverse pharmacy portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of pharmaceutical public health and community pharmacy services.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support service transformation.
- Provide strategic planning, management and oversight of pharmacy service provision.
- Deliver a weekly clinical session in an agreed area.
- Champion NHS Fife’s core values of dignity, respect, care, openness, honesty, responsibility, quality and teamwork.
Required profile
- Qualified pharmacist with registration to practice in the United Kingdom.
- Significant experience in public health and community pharmacy settings.
- Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
- Commitment to NHS values and to improving population health.
