Learning & Development Associate – People Solutions

About the role

The Learning & Development Associate will join the People Solutions operations team within People & Culture, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes. This full‑time, fixed‑term position involves a variety of projects throughout the year, focusing on accurate execution of the annual L&D operations plan.

Key responsibilities

• Book internal rooms for training sessions, team events and meetings using established procedures.
• Track and monitor pre‑ and post‑course requirements to ensure participants complete required work.
• Support logistics for optional, recommended and mandatory L&D programmes.
• Upload attendance records to the Learning Management System (LMS & Attend) accurately.
• Prepare and distribute physical materials for in‑person workshops.
• Maintain L&D trackers and logs in line with guidelines.
• Develop Microsoft Forms and supporting documents to streamline training activities.
• Assist occasionally at off‑site workshops as directed.
• Collaborate with senior team members to review and approve outputs.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks, projects and initiatives across the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Relevant third‑level qualification (desirable).
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in L&D.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Reliability, initiative and a proactive learning mindset.
