Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking an energetic Learning & Development Manager to join its People Team. In this high‑impact position you will partner with senior leaders across the European hospitality group to shape leadership capability and deliver learning experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver leadership development programmes for General Managers and the wider leadership team.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning solutions with business priorities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of training initiatives, including logistics, facilitation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with external training providers and facilitators to enhance programme quality.
• Monitor and report on learning impact, continuously improving content and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally on L&D initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with confidence partnering with senior leaders.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude and ownership of projects.
• Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
