Learning & Development Program Coordinator

About the role

The Learning & Development Program Coordinator will oversee the full training lifecycle for our site, ensuring that all learning activities are delivered, documented, and aligned with quality and compliance standards. This individual will support new‑hire inductions, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the L&D function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end training operations, from planning to delivery and documentation.
• Maintain real‑time training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and physical files.
• Facilitate and execute mandatory new‑hire inductions.
• Perform daily data entry to keep skills matrices current and audit‑ready.
• Oversee vendor contracts, monitor invoices, and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Administer the Further Education Assistance program, handling applications and reimbursements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required L&D documentation.
• Deliver classroom training modules using standard instructional design models.
• Analyse weekly training metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and evaluate new training technologies.

Required profile

• QQI Level 7 qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar L&D or training coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
