About the role

Glass Bottle is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join its Build‑to‑Rent portfolio in Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4. You will promote high‑end residential units, conduct property tours and engage prospective residents to secure lease signings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales through calls, texts, emails and in‑person interactions to generate and convert leads.
• Manage leads using the company CRM, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate records.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual viewings, highlighting community features and benefits.
• Progress lease applications through all required steps, from initial inquiry to signed contract.
• Support corporate outreach, open days and networking events to cultivate new leads.
• Assist the Leasing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, tracking leasing metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.
