Legal Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join our Real Estate team in Dublin. You will support complex property transactions, providing end‑to‑end conveyancing and post‑completion services for a leading Irish law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare first drafts of legal documents, stamp deeds and maintain progress reports.
• Manage first registrations of properties, draft application forms and handle Tailte Éireann queries.
• Draft completion documents, prepare agendas and closing statements, and review received documents.
• Schedule deeds, deal with undertakings and process accountable trust receipts.
• Compare and version‑control draft documents, upload files to data sites and manage large‑scale transaction data.
• Maintain accurate file and document filing, including correspondence.
• Prepare bills and maintain client/matter details in the billing system from inception to completion.
• Onboard clients, fulfil AML requirements and issue letters of engagement.
• Manage diaries, participate in knowledge‑management and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, preferably in a medium‑to‑large firm with commercial real‑estate exposure.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; a self‑starter who can work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with billing and file‑management systems.
