Litigation Solicitor – Full‑time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Litigation Solicitor to join our busy Bray office. The role is full‑time, primarily on‑site with the option to work one day per week from home, and offers the chance to work across a diverse range of litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering civil, commercial, planning, environmental, judicial review, maritime, employment, family, personal injury, medical negligence and probate litigation.
• Conduct advocacy work in court and tribunals, including preparation of pleadings, statements and submissions.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, settlement agreements and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case files using the firm’s IT and case‑management systems.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other team members to develop case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in litigation (senior candidates welcome).
• Demonstrated advocacy experience and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building client relationships.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal IT and case‑management software.
