Local SEO Account Manager for Client Success & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Local SEO Account Manager to lead client success and growth for a portfolio of local businesses. Based in Ireland and working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, strategy, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, set expectations and ensure smooth service activation.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, handling communication, strategy discussions and relationship management.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads and campaign outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client value with additional SEO, advertising or content services.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly and work to minimise churn.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, project management and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of client strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience in account management, customer success, business development or agency‑side client services.
• Sales‑oriented attitude with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
