Logistics Associate

About the role

The Logistics Associate supports the store’s operations by delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and displayed according to company standards. This role blends front‑of‑house interaction with back‑of‑house inventory management in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with every customer, providing world‑class service and building lasting relationships.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring items are in good condition.
• Organize, label, and store merchandise efficiently in the stockroom for easy restocking.
• Unbox, tag, and display products on the sales floor following merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back‑of‑house and sales‑floor environment.
• Execute price changes and apply merchandising bulletins.
• Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for timely shipping.
• Process customer returns, inspect items, and update inventory systems.
• Stay informed on promotions and champion product offerings to customers.
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and flexible team player.
