Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage day‑to‑day logistics, coordinate shipments and support inventory movement within a dynamic supply‑chain environment. The role is remote‑based in Ireland and ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience who enjoy problem‑solving and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with carriers, 3PLs and internal teams.
• Track orders, inventory movements and delivery performance, ensuring data accuracy.
• Resolve issues related to transport, shipments and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Produce operational reports, analyse data and identify trends or process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, fulfilment or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipment tracking, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Proven ability to work with carriers, 3PLs and warehouse teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data handling.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder or similar ERP/SCM platforms.
