Manager, Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to shape and execute its worldwide hiring strategy. This senior HR leader will partner with executives to drive workforce planning, talent market positioning, and recruiting operations across a fully remote, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Lead a distributed Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with leaders in Customer Success, GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Corporate functions.
• Drive recruiting analytics, talent intelligence, and executive recruiting programs worldwide.
• Optimize hiring processes, governance, and recruitment operations to improve quality of hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, and executive search.
• Experience managing globally distributed talent acquisition teams.
