About the role

The Tax Solutions Centre (TSC) at PwC Ireland is the firm’s hub for corporate tax technical expertise. As a Tax Manager within the TSC, you will work on cutting‑edge corporate tax developments and support a wide range of blue‑chip clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TSC team to resolve complex corporate tax queries and develop tailored solutions.
• Research and document technical tax matters, with a strong focus on Pillar Two implementation.
• Draft tax technical papers, template wordings, and other client‑facing materials.
• Monitor domestic and international corporate tax developments and prepare internal releases.
• Review court decisions and Tax Appeals Commission determinations, producing concise summaries for the practice.
• Assist in organising client briefings and contribute to tax‑related seminars and conferences.

Required profile

• Qualified Tax Manager with proven experience in corporate tax matters.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to address technical tax issues.
• Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation and client communications.
• Familiarity with Pillar Two regulations and their practical application.
• Experience monitoring tax developments and interpreting court rulings.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing clients and internal stakeholders.
