Managing Architect – EMEA (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Managing Architect (French speaking) to lead complex technical projects across EMEA, manage delivery partners and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the Omni AI analytics platform. The role combines technical leadership, customer advisory, and end‑to‑end delivery ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the deep technical expert solving complex data problems and defining best‑practice design patterns for the Omni platform.
• Provide guidance on leveraging Omni’s AI capabilities to maximise platform impact.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation and delivery approach.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, building long‑term relationships.
• Drive project outcomes by coordinating consulting and delivery partners across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn frontline feedback into actionable product direction.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting or project management, preferably in data‑focused environments.
• Professional fluency in English and French (CEFR C1/C2).
• Hands‑on expertise in data engineering and business‑intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences in fast‑paced, collaborative settings.
• Full‑lifecycle project experience from positioning and scoping to execution, ideally as a consultant.
