Managing Director – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished senior wealth management professional to join the Founder Directors of an Irish‑based wealth management firm as Managing Director. The role will focus on building a discretionary client book and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, driving assets under management (AUM) growth.
• Provide discretionary wealth management advisory services tailored to client needs.
• Serve as a member of the Investment Committee, influencing investment strategy and decisions.
• Participate in the executive management team, shaping overall business direction.
• Support the firm’s expansion plans, including selective complementary acquisitions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating and managing high‑net‑worth relationships within Ireland.
• Top‑performing wealth management professional with experience in discretionary advisory.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with founders and senior stakeholders.
