Manufacturing Operator

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator in the Chemistry Consumables Department, you will help produce high‑quality Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) devices and High/Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (H/UPLC) and Nano technology columns for pharmaceutical and environmental customers worldwide. The role is shift‑based and offers a supportive learning environment where personal development is encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and test HPLC, UPLC and Nano columns according to defined processes.
• Assemble SPE devices following standard operating procedures.
• Generate documentation that complies with Good Documentation Practices.
• Identify and suggest productivity, efficiency and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate level education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Desire to develop and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• HPLC and UPLC column handling.
• Nano column assembly.
• SPE device assembly.
• Good Documentation Practices.
