Manufacturing Team Member

About the role

Join Jabil’s production floor as a Manufacturing Team Member, where you will help deliver high‑quality products safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the team leader and quality department to meet daily production targets while adhering to strict health, safety and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all quality standards, work instructions and procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform component inspections.
• Comply with health, safety, environmental and GMP policies.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Achieve assigned production targets and maintain excellent housekeeping.
• Support company safety and quality initiatives and apply learnings from GMP training.
• Perform additional tasks as required by evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience with cGMP preferred; quality control or metrology background is an advantage.
• Strong numerical ability and effective communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
