Marketing & Communication Lead

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Lead will shape and deliver strategic communication programmes that support organisational objectives, engage stakeholders and raise awareness of key initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines executive messaging, campaign management and event coordination to ensure consistent, impactful communication across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication and stakeholder‑engagement strategy for major programmes.
• Create communication plans, awareness campaigns and engagement activities aligned with project milestones.
• Prepare executive presentations, speeches, newsletters, announcements and other senior‑leadership content.
• Coordinate internal and external events such as roadshows, workshops, town‑halls, exhibitions, conferences and program launch forums.
• Ensure all materials comply with branding, communication standards and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders and external partners to produce campaign content.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback and performance analysis.
• Support change‑management initiatives by delivering targeted communication activities.
• Continuously improve communication processes, messaging and stakeholder‑engagement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations or stakeholder engagement within large organisations or transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of leading executive communication strategies, high‑profile events and awareness campaigns.
