Marketing & Communication Specialist – Interventional EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Interventional Marcom team covering EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Communications Manager, you will collaborate with internal marketers, business units and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation, design and timely delivery of brochures, datasheets, presentations, videos, social media graphics and website updates.
• Work closely with business units to align content with brand guidelines and messaging strategy.
• Support planning and execution of trade‑show, conference and regional campaign materials.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with legal, regulatory and CMA requirements.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for the Global MarCom SOP and best practices.
• Track, monitor and analyse project deliverables using Excel or project‑management tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage external vendors for translation, printing, video production and promotional merchandise.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with additional marketing communication tasks and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation or brand management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare or B2B sectors is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools.
