Marketing Design & Ad Specialist

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products space. You will blend creative design with performance marketing to produce high‑impact visual assets that drive paid and organic growth across major digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social media on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop and adapt visual assets to align with brand identity and performance goals.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Test and iterate creative concepts using performance data to refine messaging, visuals, and targeting.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, sales collateral, and product listings.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define priorities, budgets, and creative direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and paid or social media management.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Strong graphic design ability for both static visuals and video content.
• Solid understanding of performance‑marketing principles and data‑driven optimization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills in a remote environment.
• Experience with consumer brands, e‑commerce, or CPG products is a plus.
