Marketing Executive

About the role

Exaktera, a global leader in photonics technologies, is looking for a Marketing Executive to support its core brand and three product brands – Advanced Illumination, ProPhotonix and Z‑LASER. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive digital campaigns, manage social media channels and contribute to both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
• Plan and execute social media and blog content to promote product launches, events and brand initiatives.
• Create, curate and publish high‑quality, engaging content for target audiences across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics such as open rates and click‑through rates, recommending data‑driven improvements.
• Segment audiences based on demographics, behaviour and engagement data to ensure precise targeting.
• Maintain and update the Exaktera, ProPhotonix and Advanced Illumination websites and social channels.
• Conduct the company’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, analyse results and present insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong written English and communication skills with a detail‑oriented, organised approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of deriving insights from marketing data.
• Highly motivated to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
