Marketing Executive

About the role

Bucas, a global equestrian product leader based in Cork, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager. This full‑time, office‑based position will help deliver advertising campaigns, manage digital assets and ensure smooth day‑to‑day marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising campaigns, product launches, seasonal and B2B marketing projects.
• Create and adapt content for email, social media and other digital channels.
• Manage weekly email marketing campaigns and schedule social media posts.
• Upload, organise and maintain digital assets in the DAM system.
• Maintain accurate product information on the website and retailer resources.
• Coordinate studio product photography and prepare images for marketing use.
• Provide administrative support for daily marketing activities.
• Maintain project timelines and update task‑management systems.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Digital Media, Visual Communications, Communications or a related field.
• Equestrian background is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
