Marketing Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Generalist to join Newcode.ai, a fast‑growing legal‑tech and generative‑AI company. You will help shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and strengthen our premium brand across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across website, email, social, paid media and events.
• Write on‑brand copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, ads and sales collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity in all customer touchpoints.
• Update website content, manage landing pages and support SEO initiatives.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events and partnership activities.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend data‑driven optimisations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an AI or tech startup.
• Self‑starter with a strong bias toward action and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys cross‑functional work.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform).
