Marketing Manager – eCommerce & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to grow and develop the online store of a well‑established power‑tool, hardware and DIY retailer in Limerick. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing initiatives, enhance the customer experience and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain an accurate product catalogue on the website.
• Collaborate with the management team on offline and online marketing tactics, target audience definition, and brand consistency.
• Liaise with the eCommerce agency to resolve website quality or performance issues.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including opt‑in recruitment and promotional offers.
• Manage organic social media activity and coordinate with external paid‑media partners.
• Ensure high‑standard online customer service and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance, report on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Oversee online product merchandising to optimise visibility and purchase decisions.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Business or Marketing.
• Graduate‑level knowledge of online marketing and eCommerce.
• Hard‑working attitude with a passion for results.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
