Marketing Manager

About the role

Staycity Group is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to support the Director of Integrated Marketing. The role will drive brand, campaign and commercial marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland and Europe, with a strong focus on French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with brand standards.
• Translate and localise marketing content for English and French audiences.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns including digital, CRM, email, PR, events and in‑property marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI.

Required profile

• Professional or native fluency in French and English, with strong writing and translation abilities.
• 3‑5 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle brands.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Creative judgement to develop effective briefs and maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborative mindset with experience building cross‑functional relationships.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English for content creation and localisation.
• Experience with brand, content, digital, CRM, email, PR and event marketing.
• Ability to use AI‑driven marketing tools and emerging technologies.
