About the role

This is a strategic, hands‑on position leading global marketing initiatives for a fast‑growing, remote‑first technology company. You will shape go‑to‑market campaigns that connect open‑source and enterprise solutions with technical and business audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of integrated go‑to‑market strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Collaborate with product, sales, partner and content teams to craft positioning, messaging and customer‑focused assets.
• Drive major product launches, awareness campaigns, demand‑generation programs and ecosystem growth initiatives across multiple regions.
• Design, run and analyse marketing experiments, building performance‑tracking frameworks to optimise ROI.
• Conduct campaign reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve efficiency and impact.
• Mentor and support other marketers, sharing best practices and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Manage complex cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, open‑source or technology‑driven industries.
• Strong background in go‑to‑market strategy, integrated campaign management and pipeline‑focused marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating campaign performance, managing budgets and optimising ROI.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, market trends and changing priorities.

Required skills

• Account‑based marketing (ABM) knowledge.
• Experience with demand‑generation and ecosystem growth strategies.
• Familiarity with open‑source business models (a plus).
