Marketing Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Video Editor to create high‑impact short‑form videos for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The role is fully remote and focuses on blending storytelling, motion design and data‑driven experimentation to drive user growth for an AI‑powered health‑tech product.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑form videos (up to 2 minutes) for paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to generate and iterate on creative concepts.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine storytelling, pacing and visual execution.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to enhance production workflows.
• Research competitor ads, social trends and emerging formats to inform strategy.
• Experiment with new visual effects, editing techniques and modular creative assets.
• Support modular creative development by building, testing and remixing high‑performing content elements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, motion design or a similar creative production role.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for video generation, animation or editing automation.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion‑oriented creative.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
