Marketplace Support Specialist – French & English (Remote)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a bilingual Marketplace Support Specialist to assist third‑party sellers and vendors on its marketplace platform. Working from home anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, you will handle seller inquiries through phone, email and chat while adhering to Amazon’s customer‑obsessed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to Amazon sellers and vendors via phone, email and chat.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets set for the team.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes.
• Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as schedules are determined after training.
• Interest in continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amazon’s marketplace platform and related internal tools.
• Experience handling multi‑channel communication (phone, email, chat).
