Member Services Advisor

About the role

Co-operative Housing Ireland is looking for a full‑time Member Services Advisor to join its Contact Centre within the Asset Management & Property Services division. Based in the Blanchardstown office, you will handle inbound member calls, emails and web‑chat enquiries, providing friendly and helpful assistance with repair requests, housing queries and other member needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and web‑chat messages, recording all interactions in the Castleton CRM system.
• Generate work orders and input invoices using the CRM.
• Coordinate with Regional Asset Management Teams, Housing Services and contractors to ensure timely follow‑up on repairs, maintenance, rent, tenancy and other requests.
• Download, scan and file documentation in both hard and soft copy, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Enter GDPR‑relevant information into the CRM and operate in line with the company’s GDPR policy.

Required profile

• Experience working in an office team environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Resilience and flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially SharePoint and Excel.
