Night Pack Assistant

About the role

The Night Pack Assistant works the evening shift to ensure that all store stock is well presented, rotated and compliant with hygiene and food standards. This role supports the Night Pack Manager in maintaining a tidy back‑store and a fully stocked sales floor for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise, rotate and face‑off stock in the assigned department while upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain the overall store presentation to the highest standard at all times.
• Collaborate with the Night Pack Manager on layout changes, end‑caps and side displays, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Apply correct labelling and stock rotation procedures.
• Check deliveries against goods‑inward procedures and record them accurately.
• Keep the back‑store tidy, organised and properly packed away.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
