Night Porter

About the role

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our friendly team at Dalata Hotel Group. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced colleagues, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and welcoming environment throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out during night hours and assist with luggage and porterage requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, back‑office, stairways, restaurant/bar areas, public and staff zones, and meeting rooms.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as directed by the manager, following the nightly checklist, including function‑room and breakfast‑area set‑up.
• Keep the front entrance and exterior tidy, empty bins, and collect rubbish.
• Follow hotel fire procedures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
