Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist will manage Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and client onboarding processes for Fisher Investments' European business. You will ensure that all prospective client documentation, AML/KYC information, and regulatory requirements are reviewed and approved before contracts are signed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end AML onboarding tasks using dedicated AML tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for AML processes and deliver initial training to partner groups such as CSAs, ICs, and Sales Support.
• Provide ongoing training for TAs and ICs across Europe on AML statements and documentation.
• Lead projects to align AML processes between entities and manage changes linked to AML technology enhancements.
• Collect and organise documents required by regulatory changes in local and entity jurisdictions.
• Identify AML escalations for individual clients or trends and route them to appropriate solutions.
• Handle confidential client documents securely across multiple European countries.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in AML operations.
• At least one year of experience in sales or service roles with exposure to business processes.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Experience with Salesforce or Fenergo is a plus, but not mandatory.
