About the role
The Organisation Design Analyst will ensure the accuracy, integrity and governance of the company’s organisational structure. Working in a hybrid setting in Dublin, you will manage end‑to‑end design changes, keep OrgVue and SAP S/4HANA aligned, and produce key monthly reports for HR and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all organisation design changes across the company, maintaining structural integrity.
- Review design requests via SharePoint to ensure alignment with design principles.
- Update OrgVue to reflect approved changes and collaborate with People Operations to implement them in S/4HANA.
- Lead monthly reconciliation between OrgVue and S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy.
- Implement restructures in OrgVue with HR Business Partners.
- Prepare and distribute monthly OrgVue batch reports to HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Produce a monthly headcount report for the Executive Director, People & Sustainability.
- Support continuous improvement of OrgVue processes and governance.
- Assist the Organisation Design Specialist with capability‑building initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, organisation design, HR operations or related data/HR systems roles.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across HR, business and senior leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data governance.
Required skills
- OrgVue (or similar workforce analytics platform)
- SAP S/4HANA
- Microsoft Excel (large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
- Microsoft SharePoint
