Organisational Change Consultant

About the role

The Organisation Change Facilitator will work with senior leaders of a public organisation to drive transformation initiatives. This six‑month, fully onsite assignment focuses on planning, implementing and embedding change while ensuring clear communication, staff engagement and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive change‑management strategies and implementation road‑maps.
• Facilitate workshops, staff‑engagement activities and communication sessions.
• Support leadership teams with stakeholder management and communication planning.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor organisational improvements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, including resistance to change.
• Define KPIs, track progress and produce benefits‑realisation reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale change programmes in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Expertise in programme and project management, with a track record of managing organisational and cultural change.
• Knowledge of recognised change‑management methodologies.
• Experience working within public‑sector or similarly structured organisations is desirable.
