OTC Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for two enthusiastic OTC Sales Assistants to join our pharmacy team on Tonlegee Road. The role is 24 hours per week, with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends, and is offered on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right over‑the‑counter products and delivering a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive OTC sales through effective link selling and product recommendations.
• Advise and assist customers with store products, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Perform till duties with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
• Engage actively with customers to deliver exceptional care.
