Outreach Associate, Integration Project

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking an Outreach Associate to support the Integration Project in Dublin. The role focuses on assisting Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTP) living in designated accommodation, delivering orientation sessions, providing information, and offering one‑to‑one assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver orientation sessions for BOTP in accommodation settings across Ireland.
• Disseminate accurate information to large audiences through presentations, printed material and digital channels.
• Provide individual guidance and support to beneficiaries, addressing their immediate needs and queries.
• Collaborate with the Senior Outreach Associate and the Chief of Mission to ensure programme objectives are met.
• Undertake additional programme‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• School diploma with at least five years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with at least three years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in disseminating information to large audiences in diverse settings.
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good knowledge of information technology tools.
