Pack Assistant – Part‑time Retail Merchandiser

About the role
The Pack Assistant will support the store by merchandising, rotating and facing stock in the assigned department while upholding hygiene and food safety standards. This part‑time position is based in the Derrynea, Costelloe store and contributes to a welcoming shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Centra brand values of pride, energy, imagination and community in daily work.
- Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Floor Manager on layout changes, end‑caps and side displays, ensuring correct implementation.
- Apply proper labelling and stock rotation procedures.
- Check deliveries against goods‑inward procedures.
- Keep the back‑store tidy, organised and properly packed away.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
