Paid Social Specialist – Dublin

About the role

This newly created position sits within the performance team of a globally recognised, award‑winning media agency network. You will join a close‑knit group of digital specialists who challenge conventions and deliver data‑driven paid social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Work with the Paid Social Manager to develop channel strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance daily, optimizing bids, audiences, creative and placements.
• Produce clear, insightful reports that translate data into meaningful stories for clients and internal teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends and emerging formats, contributing fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and wider digital teams to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
• Support client presentations and communicate the value of paid social activity.
• Assist with new business initiatives and agency‑wide projects as opportunities arise.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience specialising in paid social media.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager (essential) and preferably TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Proactive, curious and self‑motivated to explore new platform features.
• Team player who brings energy and positivity.
