Part-Qualified Accountant – West Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑qualified accountant to join our expanding practice in West Dublin. You will work with a diverse portfolio of SME clients, gaining exposure to a variety of sectors while developing the skills needed for full qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual accounts for SME clients in line with Irish accounting standards.
• Handle VAT, RCT and income‑tax returns, support audit activities and assist with corporation‑tax filings.
• Provide advice on bookkeeping and cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage and Bright.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
• Support partners and senior staff on advisory and tax‑planning projects.

Required profile

• Current part‑qualified accountant (ACCA, Chartered Accountants Ireland, CPA Ireland or equivalent).
• Recent experience in an Irish accountancy practice serving SME clients.
• Good knowledge of Irish financial statements, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction.
