Part-Time Personal Trainer / Performance Coach

About the role

One Arena is looking for an energetic Part‑Time Personal Trainer / Performance Coach to join its Cork location. This role offers the chance to work in a structured team environment, develop coaching and leadership skills, and potentially progress to senior positions as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver small‑group personal training and strength‑conditioning sessions.
• Support members on the gym floor and assist with onboarding new members.
• Build strong relationships with the community and conduct goal reviews.
• Contribute to coaching standards, team culture, and a positive training environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Coaching experience or strong potential with a willingness to learn.
• Energetic, confident, and caring approach to members.
• Based in, or able to work in, Cork with some Saturday availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of strength training and small‑group coaching techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
