Part‑time Accommodation Assistant – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Accommodation Assistant supports the hotel’s housekeeping and guest‑room operations at Park Inn by Radisson Shannon Airport. Working part‑time, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced airport hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to the hotel’s SOPs.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
• Assist the accommodation management team with daily workload planning.
• Attend meetings, briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for flexible days and hours, including weekends.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
