About the role

Join the Accommodation Team at Carton House, a five‑star resort in Ireland, as a part‑time Accommodation Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a spotless environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and greet guests courteously on arrival and departure.
• Handle and store chemicals in compliance with COSHH regulations.
• Clean and maintain floors, carpets, tiles, and corridors to the required standards.
• Carry out weekly, monthly and yearly cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance service quality and exceed expectations.
• Promote resort services and products, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Continuously improve the guest experience and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a good understanding of hotel operations.
• Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Willingness to work shifts and maintain flexibility.
