Part‑time Accommodation Assistant

About the role

The Accommodation Assistant supports the daily operations of the Park Inn by Radisson Shannon Airport, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and safety. This part‑time position works flexible shifts, including weekends, in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work flexible shift patterns and cover all areas of the accommodation department.
• Comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
• Inspect and clean guest rooms and public areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow directions from the accommodation management team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Assist in planning, organising, and controlling the daily workload of accommodation staff.
• Attend meetings and briefings as requested by management.

Required profile

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Availability for flexible days and hours, including weekends.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Good time‑management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
