About the role
EUROSPAR Castlecomer, part of the Furey Smyth Group, is looking for a part‑time Dairy/Chilled Provision Assistant to work on the dairy wall in its store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while handling dairy and chilled products. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, up to 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the dairy and chilled wall, ensuring product quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and temperature control of the dairy area.
- Process customer orders, manage stock, and handle waste in an efficient manner.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and detail‑oriented.
- Capable of taking control, completing orders and managing waste.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
