Part‑time Keyholder (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join its Dublin store. In this 20‑hour per week position you will help bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, supporting the team and ensuring smooth store operations during opening and closing shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while modelling brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, helping the team meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
